The Euro Conversion Tool ensures a seamless transition to the euro and complete adaptation of your ERP system to meet new regulatory requirements. The solution is compatible with all versions of Business Central and Dynamics NAV, including both on-premises and cloud installations. It guarantees accurate data transformation with minimal implementation time.
The conversion of system data to euro is based on the fixed exchange rate determined by local authorities at least six months prior to the official euro adoption date. This rate is configured within the system settings and is automatically applied during the conversion of all transactional data.

1. Creating a Sandbox Environment
Description: Simulate your production environment as closely as possible to perform technical and business testing - without affecting real operations or users.
2.Transactional Data Quality Check
Description: All transactional records go through verification for completeness, correctness, and consistency before the database conversion.
Goal: Ensure data integrity and eliminate potential issues early on.
3. Database Conversion
Description: The entire database (standard, localization, and ISV tables) is converted using the fixed exchange rate and predefined conversion logic.

4.Validation of Converted Closing Entries
Description: Adjustments and corrections to the converted closing entries are reviewed and verified in accordance with accounting standards.
